Your privacy matters to Keylight Holdings LLC, doing business as Keylight Development ("Keylight," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and secure personal information we gather through our websites, including keylightdev.com and eastwoods.keylightdev.com (the "Sites"), when you interact with our social media accounts, and when you interact with us as a customer or prospective customer (collectively, the "Services").
Personal information means data classified as personal information, personal data, or personally identifiable information under applicable privacy laws.
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Your use is also subject to our Terms of Use and Legal Disclaimers.
Contact Information. Name, email address, phone number, mailing address. Collected when you complete a form, request information about a home or lot, schedule a tour, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us.
Inquiry Information. Details about your home search, including budget range, timeline, preferred plans or neighborhoods, financing status, and comments you submit.
Analytics Information. Collected automatically through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tools. Includes IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, screen resolution, referring website, pages viewed, links clicked, session duration, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Communications Information. Content of emails, texts, form submissions, and other messages you send us.
Social Media Information. Information you share publicly on our social posts or send through social platforms.
Transaction Information. Records of homes or lots purchased, selections made, deposits, and related documentation.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or government identification numbers through the Sites. Where a transaction requires that information, it is collected and handled by our title company or lender under their own privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information for money.
Other ways we may share: with service providers performing services on our behalf; with the sales representative handling a specific property you inquire about; where required by law, subpoena, or legal process; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets; and with your consent.

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain between visits.
Managing cookies. Use the Cookie Preferences link in our footer at any time. You may also block cookies through your browser, though blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Sites from working.
Global Privacy Control. Where required by law, we recognize the GPC signal. Because there is no agreed industry standard for other Do Not Track signals, the Sites do not respond differently to them.
We use third-party advertising and analytics services. Some collect information directly through your browser, and some receive information from our servers. You can manage your preferences with them directly:
Fair housing. Housing advertising is subject to federal fair housing law. We do not target, exclude, or otherwise discriminate in our housing advertising on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Our housing advertisements on platforms offering restricted targeting for housing are run under those restrictions.

Exercising your rights. Email support@keylightdev.com. We respond within 45 days of receipt. If we need more time, we will tell you why. We may request information to verify your identity.
Appeals. If we deny your request, email support@keylightdev.com with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." We respond in writing within 45 days with our decision and reasoning.
Nevada residents. We do not sell personally identifiable information as defined under Nevada law. To submit a request, email support@keylightdev.com.
Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email support@keylightdev.com. We may still send transactional messages related to an active inquiry or transaction.
Text messages. We contact you by text only with your consent. Stop at any time by replying STOP. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies. Use the Cookie Preferences link in our footer.
We retain personal information as long as necessary for the purpose collected, to meet legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Inquiry records are generally retained for 36 months unless you request deletion sooner.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Where required by law, we will notify you and the relevant authority of a data breach.
We process and store personal information on servers in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, you consent to that transfer, processing, and storage.
The Sites may link to or embed content from listing portals, lenders, mapping services, and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Embedded content may set its own cookies.
The Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Contact support@keylightdev.com.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Keylight Holdings LLC, doing business as Keylight Development ("Keylight," "we," "us," or "our"), including keylightdev.com and eastwoods.keylightdev.com (the "Sites").
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and the Last Updated date will be revised. Your continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Review these Terms periodically.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Sites. By using the Sites you represent that you meet these requirements.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Sites for your personal, non-commercial purposes related to evaluating our homes, plans, and communities.

The Sites and all content on them, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, renderings, floor plans, elevations, video, audio, software, and their selection and arrangement, are owned by Keylight or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Keylight," "Keylight Development," our logo, our home plan names, and our community names are our trademarks. Nothing on the Sites grants you a license to use them.
Floor plans, renderings, and elevations are proprietary. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used to construct a home without our express written permission.
Any information, feedback, questions, comments, or suggestions you submit through the Sites is non-confidential. By submitting, you grant Keylight a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that material for any purpose, without compensation to you.
You represent that anything you submit is your own, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and is not unlawful, defamatory, or obscene.
By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails from us relating to your inquiry and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.
By providing your telephone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Keylight at that number, including through automated dialing technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Information on the Sites is for general informational purposes. It does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any property, and it is not prepared by a licensed real estate broker or agent.
Nothing on the Sites constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Any information regarding financing, mortgages, tax abatements, incentive programs, or payments is illustrative only. Consult your own advisors.
A binding agreement is created only by a written purchase agreement signed by both you and Keylight.

The Sites may link to third-party websites and services, including listing portals, lenders, and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices. Links do not constitute endorsement. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
THE SITES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keylight disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Sites are free of viruses or harmful components.
This disclaimer applies to the Sites only. It does not affect any written warranty provided with a home purchased from Keylight, which is governed by its own terms.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEYLIGHT AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Sites, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Sites will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Keylight and its officers, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Sites, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sites at any time, without notice, for any reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We are committed to making the Sites accessible. If you encounter difficulty accessing content, contact support@keylightdev.com and we will work to provide the information you need in an alternative format.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between you and Keylight regarding the Sites and supersede any prior agreements. They do not supersede any written purchase agreement between you and Keylight.

General. The information provided is for informational purposes only, is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of offers to buy any property, and is not prepared by a licensed real estate broker or agent.
Pricing. Prices shown are estimated base prices and are subject to change without notice. Base prices may not include lot premiums, structural options, design selections, upgrades, site-specific costs, or closing costs. Prices do not constitute an offer. Final pricing is established in a signed purchase agreement.
Financing and payments. Any monthly payment, interest rate, or financing figure shown is an estimate for illustration only, is not a commitment to lend, and does not constitute pre-qualification or approval. Actual terms depend on lender underwriting, credit, market rates, and other factors. Keylight is not a mortgage lender or broker.
Renderings and illustrations. Renderings, elevations, site plans, floor plans, and illustrations are artist conceptions and are not to scale. They may show optional features, upgrades, landscaping, decorator items, and finishes not included in the base price. All renderings, plans, and project details are conceptual, subject to change, and may not have received required governmental approvals. Actual homes may differ.
Square footage and dimensions. Floor plans, dimensions, square footage, and features are approximate and subject to change without notice. Square footage is calculated using industry-standard methods and may differ from measurements taken by other methods.
Photographs. Photographs may depict model homes, previously built homes, or homes in other communities, and may include optional features and professional staging not included in the base price. Photographs or renderings depicting people do not reflect any racial, ethnic, familial, or other preference.
Plan and option availability. Availability of plans, elevations, and options varies by community and lot and may change.
Lot and home availability. Availability is subject to change and prior sale. Listing a home or lot does not guarantee availability.
Neighborhood information. Information about schools, amenities, transit, businesses, parks, and future development is provided for general reference from sources believed reliable but is not guaranteed and is subject to change. Buyers should independently verify anything material to their decision.
Tax abatements and incentives. Information about Neighborhood Enterprise Zone certificates, tax abatements, down payment assistance, or other programs is for general information only. Eligibility, amounts, terms, and duration are determined by the administering authority, not by Keylight, and are subject to change. Not all homes or lots qualify. Buyers should verify eligibility independently.
Warranty. Any warranty is as described in the written warranty documents provided at closing. Nothing on the Sites or in marketing materials creates, expands, or modifies a warranty.
